Flight MH370 mystery, what actually happened, the only reasonable explanation.

Aviation has witnessed its fair share of mysteries throughout history, capturing the imagination of the world with disappearances that seem to defy explanation. One such perplexing case is the vanishing of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370, the biggest aviation mystery since the disappearance of legendary aviator Amelia Earhart Earhart and her navigator Fred Noonan in 1937. Sparking decades of speculation and theories. The lack of conclusive evidence has allowed Earhart’s disappearance to persist as one of aviation’s greatest mysteries until flight MH370.

MH370: A Modern-Day Enigma

Fast forward to 2014, and the world was confronted with another baffling aviation mystery—the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370. The Boeing 777, en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, vanished from radar screens, leaving behind a myriad of questions. Despite a massive international search effort, the wreckage of MH370 remains elusive for year, deepening the mystery.

Deliberate Act: The Most Likely Explanation

As investigators pieced together the events surrounding MH370, the prevailing theory that emerged pointed towards a deliberate act by the aircraft’s captain, Zaharie Ahmad Shah. Evidence suggested that the aircraft’s communication systems were intentionally disabled, and its flight path altered, only plausible actions that a conscious crew member could have done. The meticulous planning and execution of such a maneuver seemed to rule out mechanical failure or human error, leading investigators to consider the possibility of a deliberate act.

Green Dot Youtube channel, inspired me to make this post, although there are countless documentaries on mystery flight, including the conspiracy-ridden Netflix Documentary MH370: The Plane That Disappeared this YouTube channels re-creation of events is the most plausible and coherent explanation of what happened. Of course, because the planes black boxes or main wreckage have not been found, the exact cause will always remain a mystery..until they are..

The disappearance Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 mystery is most likely another murder-suicide of 239 lives, sadly pilot murder/suicides are not unheard of in commercial aviation, here are some other notable instances.

  • China Eastern Airlines Flight MU5735:March 21, 2022, Officially under investigation, but preliminary findings suggest the possibility of intentional pilot action.
  • Germanwings Flight 9525 in March 2015, where the co-pilot with troubling metal health history deliberately crashed the aircraft into the French Alps, resulting in the loss of all 150 lives on board.
  • SilkAir Flight 185 (1997): A Boeing 737 went into a nosedive and crashed into the Musi River in Indonesia. The cause remains under investigation, but evidence points to deliberate pilot action.
  • EgyptAir Flight 990, which crashed into the Atlantic Ocean on October 31, 1999. This incident has been a subject of controversy and debate regarding the cause of the crash, with some investigators suspecting the possibility of pilot suicide.

While mysteries and conspiracies, are interesting for armchair sleuths, It’s important to remember the innocent folks who perished in these incidents and how their families lives have been changed… and the steps the aviation industry will take to prevent them from happening in the future.
